The Breeders’ Cup begins on Friday for two days of sensational flat racing action – there are 13 Group 1 races taking place and feature most of the very best flat horses from around the world.

The UK and Irish contingent are spearheaded by the likes of Battleground, Magical, Campanelle, Mogul, Lord North, Circus Maximum, Siskin and One Master.

It’s always a massively popular event not just over in the US but also in the UK and Ireland due to the high-class nature of the races and the calibre of horse sent over to compete.
