Horse Racing 7 years, 5 months ago145 Bath silverica is the w/p value here. Gd mark for a trainer who does well here when dropping horses in class. Jock rode a winner recently so she will be confident. She seems competent as gave that one a clever ride.

If a going day our win at Epsom puts us in the mix for a yard who do well here. Jock in gd form and lto can forgive the Brighton run as higher class and a track that can catch many out.

Geldings 7/13. LR placed no 5/9 and all have micro stats have + lsp so worth a interest now having 2nd start with this yard in a weak race. 2/1 fav currently -

255 Windsor Regimented. Stats based as Hannon here with 2 yr old non hcp C5 odds on shots is 8/8. Had 1 run and we won that so here is hoping we build on that. 1.89 current odds -

Horse Racing 7 years, 5 months ago345 Ripon. A value pick is Avon breeze @13 and 3.65 to place. Jock does well for the trainer and had a few wins on the horse. Won here b4 which at this track is a plus and i have it as a 8/1 poke so a spot of value today

Horse Racing 7 years, 5 months ago150 Haydock Punkawallah, Kingscote and Dascombe combi should go well again. CD winner lto. 2nd on both sets of ratings. The fav is respected as jock and trainer do well when teaming up but Dascombe is a master here 0.75 win 1.5pt place for me.

Can give you a footy tip Darren and it’s back Sunderland to stay up. Big Sam will have them sit near mid table. Seasoned prem manager with the January transfer window to work in. I had 2pts @1.45 better price when last looked @1.4. Sit and wait for a return but should be 1.6+ in my opinion. Plus option to trade when he picks up results π

My theory is leave the horse alone. Not the same horse. Recently returned from 300 + days off so more than likely a injury. Needs to be dropped by the handicapper. Was worth chancing at the price and we beat sp ( thanks HT)

Horse Racing 9 years, 2 months ago640 Chelm – Boonga rogeta in a competitive race if bouncing back to form can go well here as has won over cd in C2 drops to C4 today. Claimer rides the track well.
Trainer does well here. 1lb lower than when winning here in a C2 not taking into account the 3lb claim. A few trainers do well in hcp’s over the trip so on ew @5/1-

Football 9 years, 3 months agoOxford v Barnet. Oxford win @8/11 looks big here. Barnet have been poor on the road with 1 draw 6 losses. Scoring 6 conceding 16. Oxford are going well and yet to loose at home. Not scoring many but dont concede many here either. Looks a gd game for them to get 2 or 3 ( i hope ).
